Returns Policy

 

In Store Purchases:

Items may be returned for store credit (valid for 1 year) up to 30 days after purchase date providing they are returned unworn and in the same condition as when purchased (with tags) and with a receipt/ E receipt.

Online Purchases:

Customers are entitled to a refund providing items are returned unworn and in the same condition as when purchased (with tags). Buyers must notify intention to return within 14 days of receiving items and returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date.

Non Faulty Items

Restocking fees will be charged on returns to the value of the original shipping cost + return shipping (except when this is paid for by the customer) 

If you wish us to issue you a return postage label for a non-faulty item please note this will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Faulty Items

Where an item is faulty this must be clearly stated and verified with photographs sent to the below email with a detailed explanation. Once verified by our team we will issue you a returns label.
